anniv dinner & kill bill1

Last night, pao treated me out to dinner for our 27th month anniversary celebration. We had dinner at Cafe Francais in bf then we watched Kill Bill. Thanks 'b!!! We've been together for so long na!! Gosh!

I have to say that for an action click, it's one of the best! I loved the actions scenes since they didn't make it so violent... exaggerated fight scenes that was accompanied by a great musical background! It made it seem so beautiful and serious but comedic (is there such a word?) at the same time.... kinda reminds me of japanaese anime. (Speaking of anime ... I am addicted to animax - the new channel of sky cable - I never realized how many shows there are and how perverted the story line can be) Quentin Tarantino is a gifted child! Hehehe! His movie showed girl power!! Yeah!! Girls could kick ass too if we wanted! All I can say is that the fight scenes were amazing!

There's a little drawback to this... Pao says there are two more after the first. The movie we watch of Kill Bill part 1 ended like a soap opera! What a waste of money! Grrr.... Is that the trend of movies nowadays?

My cousin says that the toes of Uma Thurman look like ginger! Haha! Well, they did look a little deformed.... I have to admit, they weren't very pretty to look at. Move your big toe!!
